I do not like winter, and I have never been one to shy away from voicing my opinion. My idea of a perfect day is sunny, 80 degrees, and no wind. Mid-west Februarys are nothing like that! However, thanks to a good friend of mine, I have learned to enjoy a cold sunny day in winter….I go to LeClaire, Iowa to photograph eagles. I can’t say that it is better than a warm summer day, but it certainly does make winter a little easier to tolerate;-)
