Yesterday I took a high-speed catamaran to Green Island. Green Island is a small island off the eastern coast of Australia. The island is a tropical rainforest that is along the Great Barrier Reef. While on the island my friend and I walked in the rainforest and along the beach, and snorkeled. It was warm and sunny for most of the day. However, like most tropical climates, every so often the clouds rolled in a dropped a bit of rain. With the warm, most air, I thought we would be eaten alive by insect, be were not! The only insects I saw during the trip were some butterflies.
